Roger Mogrovejo has more than 24 years of experience in the financial system. Today Mr. Mogrovejo is the Chief Investment Officer of Chilena Consolidada Life Insurance Company, from Zurich Group. Before he was Investment Manager at Principal Chile, Investment Director at MetLife Chile, among other important executive positions. In addition, Roger has been professor at Universidad Catolica de Chile, Universidad Diego Portales and Universidad de Santiago, for undergraduate and graduate courses. Mr. Mogrovejo holds a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from Universidad de Concepcion and a MBA from Universidad Catolica de Chile.
Roque Calleja, Director, Head of BlackRock Alternative Specialists LatamHead of the BlackRock Alternatives Specialist (BAS) for Latam and a member of BlackRock's Latin America Regional Executive Committee. Mr Calleja is responsible for driving BlackRock's client strategy in alternatives with institutional and wealth clients in the region, working closely with the local relationship managers, and the broader BAS and BAI organizations.Prior to his current role, Mr. Calleja served as head of ICB in Mexico from 2014 to 2017 and as co-head of the institutional business from 2017 to 2018.Mr Calleja joined BlackRock in 2009 as a member of BlackRock's iShares business in Iberia and relocated to NY in 2012 where he supported BlackRock's Latin America & Iberia retail business focusing on offshore wealth for non resident investors..Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr Calleja worked for one year as a risk analyst at Bankinter in Madrid, Spain. He began his career at Ivy Asset Management in London as sales in the fund of funds team in 2007.Mr. Calleja earned a BA degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Business Strategy from the Francisco de Vitoria University in Madrid, Spain. Mr. Calleja also holds a degree in Alternative Investments and Hedge Funds by the Instituto de Estudios Bursatiles (IEB) university in Madrid and a diploma in infrastructure investing from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM). He is a Claritas CFA holder

Gabriela Clivio, CFA, graduated as an Economist and also completed a master degree in Economics and a Master degree in Finance. She also has the CFA designation since 2002. Gabriela worked for six years in Valuation and Corporate Finance in Canada and Chile. Previously she worked for 15 years as Managing Director in a Mutual Fund, Head of Strategy and Head of Research in financial institutions and portfolio Manager in a pension fund. She is a University Professor in Equity Valuation, Portfolio Management and Business Ethics in MBA and Master in Finance graduate programs in Chile, Peru and Canada. She is a reviewer of the CFA curriculum materials, a member of the CFA Institute´s Disciplinary Review Committee and a Founding and Board member of CFA Society Chile.
