Gabriel is a member of Moody's Sovereign Risk Group, focusing on Latin American and Caribbean countries. Prior to joining Moody’s he worked as a sovereign and banking credit analyst at ABN Amro. He also has experience rating and structuring international securitizations. He holds a Master's Degree in Economic Policy from Columbia University and previously he earned a B.A. in Political Science from the Catholic University of Argentina.

 
Gabriel has written analyses on countries in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia and published several articles on specialized magazines, including Latin Finance and America Economia.
