Dr. Morales is a founding partner of the Chilean law firm Morales & Besa. His law practice concentrates in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Law, Project Finance and Banking Law. He advises investment banks, securities firms and a variety of domestic and multinational companies in all kinds of domestic and cross-border transactions. Before starting his firm in 1990 he practiced with White & Case LLP in New York (1987 and 1988). Dr. Morales graduated from the Universidad de Chile Law School. He received a Fulbright Scholarship to pursue graduate studies in the United States and has an LL.M. degree from the University of Chicago.
